Hair care tips
Reverse Shampoo regularly with cool water
Cleanse the extensions along the length of your ponytail
(do not shampoo in different directions, it creates tangles)
Rinse with cool water
Condition to keep the extensions hydrated and moisturized
Detangle with a detangling brush starting at the ends working your way up
Air dry for best results
Always use heat protectors when using styling tools
Proper storage ensures longevity
Professionally colored recommended, all ponytails are natural dark brown 1b)
Policies
Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict "All Sales Final" policy on the ponytails.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

CANCELLLATION
You may cancel your order and receive a refund, if your order has not shipped within the business processing days (not including holidays and weekends) of the customers selected shipping choice at checkout.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

*If Monday is a federal holiday orders will be processed on Tuesday.
